Paul Margarites is an Executive Director in the JP Morgan Chase’s Wholesale Payments Innovation team. Paul leads the JP Morgan Treasury Ignition program, an exciting new initiative to deliver an integrated banking ecosystem directly into client business systems without any technology resources. Paul joined J.P. Morgan from PwC Advisory where he built PwC’s RegTech practice, engaging with RegTech startups using emerging technologies to address risk and compliance challenges across financial services.

Clayton Weir
Co-Founder, Product & Strategy, FISPAN
Clayton R. Weir is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at FISPAN, leading product strategy, partnerships with ERPs and marketing. He previously founded the BC Tech HyperGrowth Accelerator and FinTech Industry Cluster. Clayton sits on the NACHA API Standardization Group, taught Entrepreneurship at the University of British Columbia and is a Vice-Chair and Finance Committee Chair of Canada’s largest independent car sharing organization. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
